The goal of the protests with Grassroots Pueblo, and our constitutional right, is to peacefully protest. While remaining peaceful, we can focus on our message. Please avoid any engagement with agitators, including verbal and physical altercations of ANY type. The agitator’s goal is to escalate problems. Therefore, we shall not respond to their antics, instead make the protest louder and more focused. We cannot change the counter groups’ responses, but we will voice to the community that we support a decent, moral, and law-abiding government.
ALERT: We’ve had a few dangerous incidents with traffic. Please make sure you only cross at street corners. Don’t cross against traffic. Don’t cross in the middle of the street. Don’t run in and out of traffic. When you’re on the sidewalk, give some space between you and the curb, especially if you have a flag. We have been reported a couple of times for disrupting traffic and police have come out. We don’t want a ticket. We are filming during our protests so we have accurate records of incidents. Thank You!
